St. Mark’s Parish holds the liturgical traditions of the Episcopal Church in high esteem.
The Book of Common Prayer informs our worship. We celebrate Holy Eucharist each Sunday. A Healing Eucharist is celebrated every Wednesday in the Jubilee Chapel.
Music forms an integral and essential part of our prayer together. The Hymnal provides a wide variety of hymns and service music. We also employ supplemental music such as Wonder, Love, and Praise to enrich our resources.
Liturgical preaching is highly valued by our community. To put it another way, St. Mark’s takes Holy Scripture seriously, and our worship is informed by Anglo-Catholic traditions that are nearly two thousand years old and yet adapted to the needs of the modern world.
